  • All the service and benefits of personal training delivered and programmed for two. $120 Per Session

  • Description text goes Low on time? Blitz training sessions are high intensity 30 minute sessions for those with busy schedules. $40 Per Session

  • Workout and nutrition programs delivered online wherever you are. Feedback via text and video. $150 Per 4 Weeks

The Trainer

My name is Isaac Carter-Hughes and I’m a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer and NASM certified Nutrition Coach. I’ve been through ups and downs in terms of fitness. From being sedentary and unhealthy to being an elite level athlete. I come from a place of sympathy and experience when it comes to changing your life and building yourself up.
